There is no AWS and no performance-based bonus scheme! 2. Company Culture: The company operates with a severely flattened hierarchy where everyone reports to a single person. This creates a significant bottleneck for decisions, stifles professional growth, and offers no clear career progression path. Employees are required to: · Clock in and out via a company app for everything, including lunch breaks. · Handwrite the company values on paper and submit them monthly. This is an administrative task that feels performative and adds no value, instead taking time away from meaningful work.
