Pros
There are/were a number of good employees working there. They have potentially good products and they have a team of very capable individuals to design and manufacture - but they lack leadership. Small relaxed office environment where everyone knows everyone.
Cons
Lack of management over the past years have brought this company to an all time low. New management has been making rash decisions without thinking of the consequences, driving employees away. High turn over rate, employees working out of fear instead of feeling like they are part of a team. Terrible company morale and management does not feel it is important to address this. Cost cutting and micro management has brought a lot of frustration and hostility in to the work place. Poor benefits package, terrible HR support. What the company says it does on paper is not what they do in reality. Management does not take ownership of failures and continues to pass this down on past employees and/or current employees to justify dismissal.
