      Pros

      Decent benefits, OK pay compared to peers. Some of the people are really good. Work-life balance is good and office hours are often flexible depending on your work schedule.

      Cons

      There is no culture here. The company is just looking to sell so cheapness is the way of life. Unfortunate that some of the really talented are coaxed into staying on with a dead horse.

      Pros

      The benefits were decent and the flexibility was nice. Appreciate the multitude of opportunities to network and travel. Some of the folks are really awesome and helpful.

      Cons

      Absolute trash at training anyone. Expects green engineers to know 10+ years worth of stuff that Principals would find difficult. If you manage to overcome all that and still make things work, you still get fired because management has an ego and hates seeing someone self taught and a minority succeed. Was set up to fail from the moment I was begrugendly brought on to the team.
