      Pros

      I am coming to the close of my first week at Core BTS and am really enjoying it so far. Everyone cares about your success and it really shows when just getting started. They help you lay out a career path, which I will be working on with them and give you the opportunity to excel.

      Cons

      Again, this is my first week at Core BTS, but I have about 4 weeks to consider the entire interview and onboarding process. Perhaps the only con might be the starting income, which is not in line with the current market trend. However, I took this into consideration and know that there is a clear path to promotion, increased income, and a long relationship. These factors outweigh any starting salary.

      Pros

      The benefits were decent and the flexibility was nice. Appreciate the multitude of opportunities to network and travel. Some of the folks are really awesome and helpful.

      Cons

      Absolute trash at training anyone. Expects green engineers to know 10+ years worth of stuff that Principals would find difficult. If you manage to overcome all that and still make things work, you still get fired because management has an ego and hates seeing someone self taught and a minority succeed. Was set up to fail from the moment I was begrugendly brought on to the team.
