Irregular hours Expected to drive long distances with either no compensation or extremely meagre compensation (additional 1% commission for a 4-hour drive one way) Irresponsible management that makes promises they cannot keep or fails to pay out wages when they are supposed to Commonly given unrealistic sales expectations. Expected to regularly use you're own break time to check in with management and provide sales reports. I did not receive termination pay as well as a fair portion of my commissions. I had to open up a claim with the employment standards act (which I won) that still has not been resolved as management is avoiding them.
