I really don't see this company lasting long term. The owners of the company seem like nice people but unfortunately it seems that they are out of touch with their employees and seem to rely on unprofessional managers to be the voice of their people. They promise you bonuses in the interview but once you actually start there is no real bonus plan, they say that there are no cellphones allowed on the floor but there are members of management who proudly wear their smart watches and pull out cell phones on the production floor, the starting pay is decent however the healthcare plan is the worst that I have ever seen so if you need health insurance this is not the place to be. The HR department is pretty useless as well...if you can't go to Human Resources when you are having issues then what is the point of an HR department? While these things are negative there are some really nice people that work with the company and some good managers but unfortunately the negatives outweigh the positives and I would not recommend anyone to apply here if you are looking for stability and longevity.
