Sales and customer service is not for everybody. You have to be a certain type of person to be successful in this type of work environment and you have to really want to make money. You have to be driven, goal oriented, friendly, and be able to retain information. The tools and resources are there and the management do their best to assist. It is a Department of Education contract so there are changes that you have to be ready to learn quickly and move forward. As far as the atmosphere it’s like any other call center people bring drama and are immature but it doesn’t get in the way of making money. The hours are not too late, there’s occasional over time, and daily cash pay outs. This is a place where you really get paid good to do your job.
