Pros
Great team mates, decent salary, casual dress atmosphere, flexible schedule, ability to work from home when needed
Cons
Department heads often lacking in skills and people management experience, and unwilling to learn. Poor judgement on performance, keeping useless people who are part of the good old boys network and booting out those with talent but who don't drink the Koolaid. Overall poor management, no direction Vague performance overviews, expectations are not clear nor is there clear direction for development to improve. HR perhaps the worst department, ignores grievances, becomes impatient when employees "ask too many questions" or request clarification Unwilling to listen to any constructive criticism or suggested changes, and in fact sometimes punished for bringing anything up. In a nutshell, if you don't drink the Koolaid, you won't survive there. Big disconnect between what the company says their culture is and what it actually is
