Pros
Excellent executive & senior leadership and CEO, with many dedicated and hardworking staff across the organization.
Cons
Certain senior managers and directors lack clarity about their responsibilities. Some tend to micromanage their teams rather than focusing on actual managerial duties, which often results in team members completing the work while managers take credit for it. Even within the best teams, workload distribution is inconsistent. Some employees are overloaded with work while others contribute only the minimum and are able to coast. Feedback mechanisms are also problematic, with gossip sometimes being treated as legitimate feedback instead of relying on structured, constructive communication. There is a noticeable lack of clear managerial direction. Work overload, weekends, late nights, Ramadan hours are not respected. Employees are not respected but belittled as if they were not hired on merit. Unfortunately, the workplace culture has deteriorated, and there appears to be little effort to address these issues. Many staff members are frustrated and disengaged. If given the opportunity to move to another company, it is likely that the majority of employees would seriously consider leaving. There’s zero care for employees, employees are seen as robots
