      Pros

      Several benefits to hide a very low salary. Occasional trips with good accomodation and paid education. Very good coworkers on the same level, terrible management in several projects.

      Cons

      No progression unless you make good friends up in the hierarchy. Typical consultancy firm.

      Pros

      You can learn a lot and have the opportunity to work internationally. For some skills you have the possibility to earn a bonus added to your salary.

      Cons

      There is not Carrere at all, only if all the people above get retired or leave you will have the opportunity to be promoted. Salary reviews are also poor if you are lucky to have one.
