      Allow you to work as many hours as you want.

      Cons

      Poor supervisors, don't care to concerns. Machine was always dirty and not cleaned properly or at all at beginning of my shift other shifts wouldn't complete there work and leave it for your shift and supervisors never cared to do anything or fix it.

      Not many, other than it’s a corporate setting so decisions get made slowly. Including decisions that might improve work.

Constructive feedback or process critiques are routinely penalized or labeled as "attitude problems," stalling genuine quality progression. High Indirect Turnover: This management-by-coercion style has dismantled workplace psychological safety, leading to ongoing administrative volatility and high turnover among supervisory and technical staff.
