Pros
Cornerstone is warm and full of people who really love what they do. Most everyone is kind, benefits are great (if you accrue enough tenure you get like 7 weeks of PTO per year!), and there is always support if you need it. Career advancement is accessible - if you prove yourself to be dedicated and trustworthy, you will be promoted if you seek it out. Raises for cost of living as well as equity adjustments are done routinely, generally on an annual or semi annual basis (though they are not huge).
Cons
Some specific teams/departments have less than stellar individuals, despite the overall makeup of Cornerstone being incredible people. Pay is competitive for the industry, but that means fairly low for the cost of living.
