Great benefits, great people to work with, management will work with you should personal issues arise, flexible. Many different cultures. FAST PACE, plenty of great opportunities to explore new ideas. Holiday parties, company picnics, health awareness programs. Opportunities for training, lifelong friendships. All around great place to spend 8hrs a day. My father passed away while I was employed here and management worked with me on time off in his last days! I will forever be thankful!
Cons
Quality can be embedded throughout the design process much more throughly, this will mitigate the current challenges for the manufacturing process, which miraculously manages to build a finished product with very limited time restraints. The "Common Sense" of tenured employees is preferred over modern methodologies such as lean, six sigma or agile. These tenured employees tend to devalue those that do not share the same "common sense" as them. TRAFFIC from my house to work is an abomination and has slowly sucked the life out of me.
