*Corpay is a fairly new brand of Fleetcor- not only are reps prospecting the product they are needing to explain the brand itself *It takes months to have all your tech working properly (apps/platforms) *heavy dependence on a backed up implementation team to complete the sale process *New managers bring in their own people (entry level) and their compensation packages are significantly elevated *dysfunctional toxic management *write ups and performance plans, many new employees are fired in 6 months
