Pros

Health insurance options are fine.

Cons

I work for a subsidiary of Fleetcor. They thought our entire company was only worth a 2% pay raise in 2023. This didn't even come close to closing the gap with cost-of-living increases or inflation. Come to find that they changed the pay structure for relocation specialists to $39k starting FROM $45k. If it were their absolute goal, could they make working for Fleetcor less enticing? Home Depot or local school bus drivers earn more starting out. Our subsidiary has lost a lot of good, long-standing talent since their last pay raise. Fleetcor earned nearly $1 billion in PROFIT in 2022, and they can't spare enough to pay their employees properly. Working from home became less convenient and more cumbersome. Previously, we had to install a VPN app on our own PC's at home and access the remote desktop. Near the end of 2023, Fleetcor forced all of us, with very little guidance from Fleetcor IT, to take on and make room for Fleetcor-issued laptops. Many of my co-workers forced to rearrange their home offices. These laptops were fraught with issues connecting to Fleetcor servers and nearly everyone had to be individually assisted which almost drove our entire IT department to quit. Our company feels insulted and betrayed. Lots of us are looking into other options.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for your continued service. We sincerely appreciate your candid feedback and want to acknowledge the frustration you’ve expressed—particularly around compensation, IT transitions, and overall morale. We hear you. We are taking your concerns about the annual raise, the IT transitions, and overall morale seriously. We understand that these issues can be discouraging, and we are committed to addressing them to the best of our ability. We also regret that the recent technology changes added stress and disruption to your work-from-home setup. The rollout of company-issued laptops lacked the support and clarity our employees deserved. Your comments about the burden placed on staff and IT teams are important, and we’ll reflect on how we can ensure smoother transitions and better communication moving forward. We never want our employees to feel betrayed or undervalued. Your insight strongly reminds us that trust is earned through consistent, thoughtful action and that leadership must remain accountable to the people who are integral to our success. Thank you for taking the time to speak up. Your voice matters, and your feedback is crucial in guiding the work we are committed to doing to build a more fair, supportive, and sustainable workplace.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your contributions at Corpay. We appreciate your recognition of the strong work-life balance and management support you experienced. It is valuable to know that aspects of your time here were positive and well-supported. At the same time, we understand how deeply that experience can change when repeated layoffs begin to affect not only teams, but also the leaders and managers employees rely on most. When layoffs feel widespread and disconnected from performance or productivity, it can create a strong sense of instability and uncertainty for everyone who remains. Employees want to believe that hard work, consistency, and contribution matter, and when that connection feels unclear, it can seriously impact morale, trust, and long-term confidence in the organization. Your feedback highlights the significant impact leadership decisions have on the employee experience. Even with a strong team culture, workforce reductions can overshadow daily positives and leave employees feeling unsettled or undervalued. The loss of trusted colleagues can make it challenging to maintain engagement, support, and balance. Thank you for sharing your perspective and advice. Your feedback underscores the importance of employees feeling heard and respected during major decisions. It also reminds leadership to listen closely to those closest to the work and culture.
