I am grateful that this company paid for my licensed. It has made me more marketable, but I still have ways to go in order to compete with the more experienced job seekers!
Cons
They forced me to go home, and told me that I can come back after the big mess of the licensing department made. It took 3 weeks for PSI & The department of State to clear everything up. Sadly, Corporate Call Center wasn't too accommodating! They "claim" that I missed too much training, so as a result the door was slammed shut in my face! Very embarrassing considering I stuck it out with them since September! I studied very hard to ace that exam and then sat around for 2 weeks at Corporate. The state revoked my licensed because of PSI dumbness. They costed me my job. The whole situation was unbelievable. Mistakes, and disrespect from Corporate Call Center! I WILL NOT RETURN
