Pros
The company as a whole, the people there were very nice. I got along with my co-workers most of the time. But they really didn't have their act together. They had no planning processes, no documentation or accounting processes. Almost everything they were doing, they were just winging it. They have been mostly lucky in their success.
Cons
The biggest con at working for CTG was that they were a family business and their family was incredibly dysfunctional. It was often that family member were fighting, yelling, and cussing at each other in front of everyone. It was dramatic and disruptive.
