Pros
The support staff are generally very good, do their jobs well and take pride in their work performance. The starting salaries are decent but no money is worth working for this company.
Cons
An atmosphere of bullying and intimidation does not make for a healthy workplace. Upper management illustrate such a lack of empathy for anyone but themselves, it is actually shocking to witness in a work environment. HR hires great people, and if the executive they support feels threatened by their competence, they are directed to look for ways to dismiss them. What kind of company would allow this to continue? It is truly something to experience, but not an experience you would ever recommend.
