      Nothing good to work there

      Cons

      One of the worst company in country, NO work-life balance, people are working 15-17 hours, extreme pressure from supervisors. Saturday/Sunday (any day) mandatory working. No body will listen your complaint whether its HR, Manager, AVP, VP. They are only there to make pressure and make your life hell.

      Excellent management, opportunity for continuing education in areas of coding I’m new to, empathic leadership, team that supports each other, very flexible work hours, fair expectations from management

      Low 401(K) match at 2%, not as many paid holidays as competitors, have to use own PTO to take off Black Friday
