      Cons

      Little to no training Director, Manager and Team Lead ignore you - all seem to be new to their role with little or no experience Lead is rude and can't be bothered to say "you're welcome" or "thank you" Pay is low Benefits have a high premium and out of pocket costs Work flow is non existent, hours are spent waiting for work

      Excellent management, opportunity for continuing education in areas of coding I’m new to, empathic leadership, team that supports each other, very flexible work hours, fair expectations from management

      Cons

      Low 401(K) match at 2%, not as many paid holidays as competitors, have to use own PTO to take off Black Friday
