      Now it is following all good policies and taking timely feedbacks. Projects are good. Salery also good

      Management is worst. More internal politics . Management people promote employees whoever roam around them without working.

      Excellent management, opportunity for continuing education in areas of coding I’m new to, empathic leadership, team that supports each other, very flexible work hours, fair expectations from management

      Low 401(K) match at 2%, not as many paid holidays as competitors, have to use own PTO to take off Black Friday
