Pros

Working here has been a rewarding experience. I look forward to coming in every day because the company offers real opportunities for growth and is committed to promoting from within. If you're motivated and driven, there's plenty of room for advancement. The culture is one of the most diverse and inclusive I've encountered. People here genuinely get along and enjoy collaborating, which creates a positive and supportive environment. Personally, I've gained valuable skills and insights, thanks to a leadership team that is always willing to offer guidance and support. The company is also excellent when it comes to work-life balance. Paid time off is encouraged, ensuring employees avoid burnout. The unlimited PTO policy is a huge perk, making it easy to take time off when needed without stress. Overall, this is a place where you can grow professionally while feeling valued and supported.

Cons

Like any company, there are processes here that could be streamlined to enhance workflow efficiency. While efforts are being made to address these issues, the changes do take time to implement.

Pros

None worth remembering. This review is a re-post from me, as they had my previous review deleted.

Cons

During my time with this organization, I saw the truth behind its polished image. Leadership isn’t interested in accountability or employee well-being — their main focus is manipulating public perception. I was tasked with writing glowing fake reviews to drown out honest feedback and even finding third-party vendors who could erase critical comments from job review sites. The same leadership that wasted thousands cleaning up their online reputation punished me for spending a fraction of that to keep company vehicles safe and compliant for employees. It was a clear message: optics matter more than safety or ethics. They’ll sell you a dream — unlimited PTO, flashy perks, a “family” culture — but it’s all surface-level. In reality, you’re overworked, underappreciated, and constantly walking on eggshells. Leadership doesn’t want progress, they want control. The turnover rate speaks for itself. The HR department is a revolving door because no one can fix a culture that doesn’t want to be fixed. If you’re considering joining, ask yourself if you want to work for a company that invests more in hiding its problems than solving them.
