      Small company and small team opportunity to work as techno functional consultant Good for freshers but later no growth after certain period of experiance

      Cons

      Too much micro management. Company uses in house developed tool for development. Less professionalism at work. Less salary hike. Work from home option is not available HR policies will be keep on changing.

      Pros

      The grift continues at a company called Buxton in Texas. Check them out. It is amazing how many people that sucked all the value out of cortera found their way to Buxton. What is going on? These people are criminals of the worst kind. Watch, Buxton will be another failed company by end of 2025.

      They are con-artists. All of them. Especially the CEO and CIO. They only know how to run a sham business into the ground. BE WARE
