Used to value employees - Senior Research Associate Corteva Agriscience Employee Review

Terrible local management and turnover. Used to value hard work but employees are just numbers now. Didn't take a vacation for 5+ years and often lost PTO because of it. Finally took one and was told after the fact that I shouldn't have. It was approved by the same manager that told me this.
