Pros
Cortex Leadership is focused on continual growth and improvement. They believe in staff training. The value employees get from working here is much higher than their salary could be. I was always allowed to attend any workshop with any group of people I liked. There were no real boundaries to that, because Lynda saw it as a way to train me. I think that working here was not easy- but was the only way I could have understood myself and were I wanted to be in my career.
