Working for Cortex has provided me with excellent and meaningful experiences, well-educated connections, and a significant boost in my self-confidence as a young professional. I am highly satisfied with the level of appreciation that is voiced between employees, avenues of education whether that be certifications and sharing newly discovered tools to increase productivity, and the comradery. I've been given a deeper understanding of my passion relating to the work we provide our clients and my respect is ever-growing. Being able to serve team members to properly serve our clients has enriched my life and I'm always looking forward to ideating and planning with others on the team due to the safety I feel throughout having open-ended conversations. As I transitioned from Marine Corps Officer to Executive Coach I was looking for an opportunity to learn and gain the practical expertise and business knowledge I would need to be as successful in the corporate sector as I was in the military. I found both and much more with Cortex Leadership Consulting. The work environment is fast-paced and forward-thinking, which fits perfectly with my military background. The company leadership is committed to the constant professional development of their employees and takes the time to answer questions and train at every available opportunity. As a leadership consulting firm we teach our clients and organizations best practices and how to work together as effectively as possible. At Cortex we truly practice what we preach in every aspect of our daily operations. I have absolutely enjoyed every minute of working here and I look forward to going to work everyday, which is never something to be taken for granted.
