The company also has a very nice administration, and they look for ways to help employees to improve their performance rather than just harshly pushing them to their limits. The schedule is amazing, it follows a 10 month contract and major holidays. The company pays for health insurance, and has paid leave; and salary job.

There is little room for typical advancement, and the pay is for a tight budget.

Good benefits - 100% paid medical, dental, 401k, ect. Good place to get professional business experience. Nearly three months paid vaction if you have annual pay dispersed over 12 months.

Relatively low pay and raises are few and far between. No career advancement opportunities within the company. Performace reviews are nonexistant.
