      They provide you Employment and salary.

      Cons

      12 leaves per year. WTH!? Shocking. IT assets like laptop they've below 50k budget. Nor they provide headset. No benefits like complementary Health insurance. If you want, they'll deduct it from your salary and provide it. They provide no reimbursement for course or exam Certification.

      Cons

      12 days (including all types) of leaves in a year. They don't respond to your queries and concerns. Poor communication skills. Cheap so called recruiting and consulting company. Zero benefits
