Pros
Social Club and Culture working group are very active, ensuring that there are always events to go to. Management are very supportive and have genuine interest in their employees' wellbeing and growth.
Cons
Rigid in policy and can be slower in decision making which is expected of a company their size and why they have had long term continuous growth. This just can be a minor frustration at times when you're trying to improve things in an agile way.
