- They have created a good platform for tutoring - Onboarding was easy - helpful staff - good communication from upper management
Cons
- the pay is pretty low and recently decreased base pay due to their flawed model with offering free trial classes - difficult to get information about your students sometimes prior to teaching, including sometimes the wrong name, gender, or age of student - you have to prepare for and complete a full 50 minute lesson on your first encounter without speaking with the student first - not a lot of business - takes about a month to get paid after a session
