Pros

Nothing worst comany to work for.

Cons

I would not recommend joining this company. The work culture is highly unprofessional, and several employees display disrespectful and abusive behavior. There appears to be a lack of basic workplace ethics, accountability, and mutual respect among team members. As a woman, I did not feel comfortable and safe in the work environment. The company seems to lack adequate measures to ensure a respectful and inclusive workplace, which can negatively impact employee well-being and productivity. Management should take workplace conduct more seriously and establish clear policies to address inappropriate behavior. Until significant improvements are made to the culture and employee conduct, I would advise potential candidates to carefully consider other opportunities.

Pros

They talk a lot about flexibility, but in reality, it’s all about control. There’s little empathy and a lot of pressure. If you ask questions or raise concerns, you’re made to feel like you’re not working hard enough, even if you’re already stretched thin.

Cons

If you're thinking about joining Cosmofeed, here’s something you should know. Their leave policy is extremely rigid. You can’t take leave during your notice period, and even regular time off needs multiple approvals. Working from home? That depends entirely on your manager’s mood. And yes, you’re often expected to work on weekends too. They talk a lot about flexibility, but in reality, it’s all about control. There’s little empathy and a lot of pressure. If you ask questions or raise concerns, you’re made to feel like you’re not working hard enough, even if you’re already stretched thin. Late-night meetings, low pay, and no respect for your personal time are common here. If your mental health and work-life balance matter to you, think twice before joining.
