Not Okay for Freshers - Software Engineer Cosmonet Solutions Employee Review

We are providing good training programme for freshers especially, & they got a chance to become a technically very strong compare to other companies & they got very good learning atmosphere here & about management I need to mention here they are very supportive to all the employees & management provides friendly environment here & they are very transparent so that they know each & everyones performance based on that they provided good hike up to 80-90% of the employees got good hike this year.
