Company has a good learning program. When just employed you will get a full learning program and will be working together with seniors to learn on the job. This feels sometimes like a steep learning curve but they will never let you fall down to the ground. Due to the type of work it can feel that you are sometimes overloaded with work. Deadlines of clients, last minute changes from the clients that generate extra work. but remember that you work in a team that this is the nature of the work but as you are always working in a team it is a team effort and people are willing to help.
