      Lots of training given on the job, very good way to learn to be part of a team and dealing with a wide range of customers

      Food provided on shift but sadly not on a Saturday

      Flexible and accommodating. Good length of shifts. Family like feel. Approachable staff. Understandable of other commitments. Enjoyable working environment. Great staff events.

      Inconsistency of hours Lack of respect from customers No variation of shifts (eg only ever just morning or just nights not both) Tipping scheme for bartenders (unequal)
