Pros
Working from home. Though you never know when you'll have to make a 100 mile drive put of the blue.
Cons
Ineffective management that offers no real guidance. Confusing and ever- changing processes that seem designed to set you up for failure or great levels of stress. Don't be fooled by working from home - you will be expected to throw away your personal life and will be expected to be available at a seconds notice. You are always on-call. It's Friday and you made plans for the weekend? Don't bother because there's always some "emergency" (really just poorly scheduled projects) you will be expected to work at the last minute. Notoriously cheap company too. They do not offer competitive salaries and once you're hired don't expect a decent raise each year. Most years I did not receive one. They keep cutting staff and outsourcing. You're basically expected to know everything with no training, and contacting your coworkers you usually get no response. This is a soul crushing workplace, and the stress never ends. I suggest you avoid at all costs.
