When I was hired they promised me there was room for advancement. That's a joke! Only the favored employees get recognition, good raises and promotions (it's always the same 5 person rotation when it comes to awards) You work very hard and get nothing in return which gets old very fast. The employee turnover is ridiculous. Every month there's employees leaving (lots of good employees have left) while new inexperienced, low classy ones come in. A lot of unexperienced uneducated people getting hired which leads to cliques and high school drama. No joke, you don't even need an associates degree from your local community college to work there. Lots of employees talking badly about other employees through email and nothing is done about it even though managers are aware of it. Like I said, it's like high school! If you aren't the favorite, don't bother...the supervisors are another joke! Unexperienced, uneducated, low class, no drive, literally read emails all day and delegate work. the company is too busy worrying about saving money and working with as little employees as possible. Expectations are too high, we are treated like assembly line robots, make 1 mistake and that destroys your quality score. Don't meet the quality expectation of 99%, they put you on warnings and eventually can lead to firing you! Unless you're a favorite of course!! Glad I got out!
