lots of young people with good creative ideas employee perks - some lunches, some employee appreciation days
Cons
bonuses and raises are a joke high turnover your raises don't depend on the quantity or quality of your work- but whether your supervisor likes you personally or not. conversely if your supervisor does like you you'll probably do well. middle managers at the time were not receptive to new ideas although upper management frequently solicited them.
