      - nice and outgoing co-workers - friendly and personable management - beautiful location - employees have a good sense of self-worth

      Cons

      - There aren't many cons to working for The Cotocon Group, but sometimes it is hard to get in touch with people who are heavily involve with their own projects.

      Pros

      Very efficient, knowledgeable and are considered experts in GHG emissions and the reduction of them in then built environment.

      Cons

      They have a tuff time finding people to hire that are extremely knowledgeable in the Green Building Industry, this is a problem for not only them, but the industry!
