Pros
Yes, happy pleasant staff, but when you are hurt on the job they won't pay you. There is not enough information from new clients to give proper care. Even if they know that a client needs more guidance than what we can do. They will still take them aboard, It's all a money thing. The pay is the lowest pay in town, the documents are barely organized in the cottages & not checked daily. there are people that have been at the company for years and yes, that looks good for the company. But most are just too comfortable with not doing anything and applying themselves. They are considered right even when wrong, just because of their years. If something happens it's their word against yours. there are no cameras for proof. they sit and have everyone else do the work until they know the higher-ups are around. I have had this issue, but I'm here now working seeing this and it's not a good look o work when the company doesn't value their workers. I looking for work ASAP it was just it was so simple to get on and it was quicker than others. They say they take into consideration years of experience but later you will find. ever RA if you have CNA or not makes the same. 3rd shift will be 1 dollar more, some are only making 16.00 an hour.
Cons
It's a start but you don't want to learn bad behaviors from co-workers and management. when you are 1st starting off in the professional medical world. If nothing is logged and just word of mouth down the line someone will forget. That is dangerous and very scary for the client's sake.
