The product is good, and the direction they are going in will definitely bring rewards.

The timezones are difficult to maneuver. Tooo many meetings everyday (sometimes all day) leaving little to no time to actually work. And then the expectation to work after hours to catch up. It is definitely a startup, and the hours speak accordingly.

- Good Salary. - You can work first half with no interference, meetings/feedback happen later on. - Deeply experience focused design (In-house product) - Professional workplace and peers. - Great design system.

- Startup with workload - Late nights for Indian folk - Permanent remote has its timezone drawbacks - Less chance to learn/train from peers - Less leaves than average
