Good company but also has some loopholes - Client Relationship Manager Countrywide Visas Employee Review

I have been in Immigration industry and have 7 years of experience but never found satisfaction in job due to the fraud work happening in organisations but after I joined countrywide visas i have no complains with my job because it feels good to work in the organization who does genuine work in present time also. I really appreciate the way company is working and hoping that it will continue to work the same way in future aswell.

the only negative aspect what I feel is, company should focus on employee policy bit more. Mainly about leave and breaks policy as 1.5 PL in a month isn't enough.

Senior management is so dedicated to the company and great training is provided to the employees.

There is nothing which could be a CONS for Countrywide Visas. A wonderful platform to succeed in a professional life.
