Great management, but expect Saturday work once a month - Floating Teller Countybank Employee Review

Good place to work with a nice environment.

Pay is not as high as other banks.

The pay was decent. Most customers I dealt with were regulars because it was a smaller branch and they were all really wonderful people. We did not have to work weekends or holidays.

Management was not great, there was a very cliquey culture created by the managers and other employees.
