      Pros

      Company is not ready to be a global player. Lack of non-US local laws knowledge, disrespectful behaviour to other non-US cultures. It should’ve stayed a small San Mateo startup to be a successfull but big CEO’s ego lead company to keep growing internationally without the feel of ground and appropriate learning just to be later acquired and destroed by PE company. The hustling mindest could’ve worked in the San Mateo village but globally it will be eaten by smarter players.

      Cons

      Inmaturity, unprofessionallism, lack of basic corporate finance principals.

      Pros

      Active change happening and it’s an exciting time and good group of people who know what they’re doing. Has an early 2000s feel with the vibes

      Cons

      Tight budgets as expected. Market average salary but good territories for GTM to make a lot of $. Stable as an employer with global growth. A few benefits still need to mature but also expected.

      Work Life Balance, interesting work, good coworkers

      Constant high level reorganization and bloat, trimming US working jobs to be replaced in Latin America, but always room for new Chief Executive Officers
