Long hours, gas is expensive

Loved all the people I worked with. All very competent in their positions, which helped tremendously in getting the job done and correcting errors that came up so there was very very few that didn’t get resolved. Team work is major at a company like this, and that makes you love your job, and when you love your job, it shows in the company’s performance. Make your employees happy, your company will run like a well oiled machine. Treat your employees like crap……and you get the picture.

The only con is that I no longer work there
