      The work environment is very much work hard play hard. You are encouraged to be very engaged and productive during work hours and no expectation to respond / work outside of regular work hours.

      Cons

      The agile environment seems to encourage everyone to be very task oriented instead of thinking about the bigger picture / strategic overview for the company.
