Pros
I worked for the company two plus years. Really laid back atmosphere and easy work. Had a lot of time at the desk to do homework or watch netflix. Not too much happening on a normal day. And a free gym membership to a subpar gym. not too shabby. Also flexible with scheduling
Cons
Poorly trained new employees. Most people who had been there for a year had no idea how to write a contract. I worked here, loyally, for two years and was never given a raise. Meanwhile, the men who worked here were eligible for a raise each year. I and other female co-workers were given the responsibilities of the dirty work (laundry, cleaning, contracts, etc) while the men were able to be lazy or talk to friends and not get punished. Very sexist environment. UMMC also recently took over the managment, subcontracted Power Wellness. It was very sudden and last minute, which leads me to believe that there is certainly something very sketchy happening behind the doors of management. Full Time employees are also going to have their jobs abruptly taken away.
