Pros
The only good thing about working here is that you meet some hard-working, nice employees. Management and the whole work environment are nice for the first 1-2 months, but after that, they will use and backstab you. You'll start to see their true colors and how they run this business poorly that even many guests don't want to come back.
Cons
Management is rarely in the office; they don't respond right away or never. It's all about favoritism; the management and their family as employees have done many shady things while running this business hotel. It's a franchise hotel; the family will always do whatever they want, and if they don't like you, they're going to backstab you until you quit. I've seen many former employees come and go; even the newly hired employees never came back after the first day. Staff are underpay compare to some hotels.
