Pros
The employees come from all over the world. You will feel included in the community, no matter where you are from, what you believe or who you love. There are many different departments and there is possibility to grow within the Company as many new roles open on a monthly basis. It is the perfect office to start if you want to grow within a Corporate as they provide you tools and knowledge.
Cons
The salary is not very competitive and hardly changes. Also, the communication from the upper management is a bit confusing and sometimes not clear. This could lead to stressful situations.
