      *The Office is very nice *Some free snacks/coffee and Lunch

      Cons

      *Quite bad pay for Dublin with no salary review *Poor management, a disconnect between top middle and bottom management making what should be simple communication extremely badly communicated.

      From my experience this company has a welcoming and professional environment with opportunity to develop and learn. Overall I had a really positive experience from the start of the recruitment process until the day I left, would highly recommend working with Covalen.
