“They offer you a rainbow, but at the end of it is just a dumpster fire. This is by far the most toxic workplace I’ve experienced. Leadership consistently lies, fails to hold each other accountable, and shows blatant favoritism. Racism is a serious issue here—so much so that a friend of mine in leadership had to step down and move to another department.
The pay is poor and does not reflect the amount of work required. Stress levels are high, and the training process is disorganized, especially after they fired the original training coordinator who played a key role in growing the company. If you are considering working here, I would strongly recommend thinking twice.”
